Hello fantastic readers! Hope you guys are staying safe and sound in this unprecedented time and I also hope you had a wonderful summer especially since it is coming to an end. With university starting soon, I decided to take advantage of the last few days and went on a little getaway. My sister, my friend and I choose Halifax, Nova Scotia as our destination. Avec l’université qui commence bientôt, j’ai décidé de profiter de mes derniers jours de vacances en partant pour un petit séjour à Halifax en Nouvelle Écosse avec ma soeur et une de mes amies. Dans cet article, vous trouverez certains des endroits et des restaurants que nous avons aimé. Profitez en mes coeurs!
Where we stayed
While in Halifax, we stayed at the Lord Nelson Hotel and Suites. The historic building's charm combined with modern features made for a comfortable stay. The room was large and nicely decorated. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting local attractions, making it a perfect spot to explore the city.

Pendant notre séjour à Halifax, nous avons séjourné au Lord Nelson Hotel and Suites. Le charme de ce bâtiment historique, associé à des caractéristiques modernes, a rendu notre séjour confortable. La chambre était grande et joliment décorée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était pratique pour visiter les attractions locales, ce qui en faisait un endroit parfait pour explorer la ville.

Where to eat
1. Dilly Dally Coffee Cafe
Cute little coffee place. Their lattes and salmon bagel are to die for.
Un adorable petit café. Leurs lattés et bagel au saumon est à s’en lécher les doigts.
2. The Captain’s Boil
Two words: lobster and bag! As crazy as it sounds, we had to try it and it was delicious.
J’ai deux mots pour vous: homards et sac! Aussi surprenant que ça puisse paraître, c’était un régal.
3. Tom’s Lobster Shack
If you are in Peggy’s cove, no choice but to go there. It may be a bit pricey but it’s worth it.
Un chaman petit restaurant situé à Peggy’s cove. Légèrement plus cher, mais ça en vaut la peine.
